As mentioned in the General Conditions of Sale (and in addition to the right of withdrawal and the guarantees from which the customer benefits), 11BAR grants you thirty (30) calendar days from delivery to return your Products. When ordering multiple products that are delivered separately, the return period starts from receipt of the last product.
If the customer has an account on the website, they must access their account through the dedicated section of the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, they must connect to the website using their order number. The customer selects the order that is affected by the return and then the products that they want to return. We then ask the customer to give us the reason why they decided to return the products.
The customer bears all costs for returning the products. The customer can choose to print a prepaid label on the website (the amount will be deducted when the products are reimbursed) or to order the return directly from the postal services in their country. In both cases, the customer must print out the information on the order relating to the products he wishes to return and enclose it in the return package.
The customer must return the products to 11BAR, Ehestorfer Heuweg 74a, 21149 Hamburg, Germany within fourteen (14) days after the customer has notified his decision to return one or more products.
The products must not have been used, washed or damaged. The customer must return the properly protected / secured products in their original packaging to avoid damage during transport. In addition, the products must be provided with all accessories, instructions and documents. In the event of any damage to the products, the customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the products resulting from any treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products.
11BAR will reimburse the price paid by the customer for the returned products no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which 11BAR was informed of this return. This refund can be postponed until 11BAR has received the products or until the customer has provided evidence of the return of these products, whichever comes first.
11BAR uses the same means of payment as those used by the customer to purchase the products.
